just when i thought my week has been error free, i was so wrong!
how can i be so careless that i mistaken a "9" for a "7" which my mentor didn't realize too and because of this, i pick the wrong cargo that need to be delivered by air as the customer need the part urgently. By the time we found out, it was too late as all the cargos that were supposed to be ship by air and sea has left the warehouse. luckily there were cargos delivered to our warehouse today that has the same parts that the customer need but i guess my company will have to pay for the air freight which i think is pretty expensive! my supervisor wasn't in the office today so my mentor said that she would have to tell her about this to her tmr, which i think i will be so dead! haiz... why am i so careless!! ARGH! shit man! how?!! ahhh!!!

3rd week of attachment is over!
this week was really bad as my mentor receive alot of complaints about errors in the invoice and inbound receiving due to me so felt really stress when i did the invoice and inbound receiving form. really hope that i will not receive any more complaints from them! super fussy customers! wahhh! almost died alot of times this week! i shall not be careless any! *i hope so*
aside from the HORRIBLE work, met up with yinqian and xinyan on thu!!!! haha! was really happy that we met up !! :)
i have realised that i really miss school! as there is so MUCH fun aside from the boring lectures, tons of projects to be done and the stupid tests, going to school was not so much of a torture with PP ZAI as they never fail to entertain me during lesson. Now going to work is really a torture, nothing to look forward to, ppl there are nice but i haven't really open up to them yet and work is stressful. I MISS GOING TO SCHOOL! i would rather study now! hahaha!
i went to watch Mamma Mia today with my sisters and brother :D
REALLY NICE, SWEET AND CLASSIC! IS REALLY MUST WATCH!

the ending was kind of unexpected! hehe!

work seems to be a drag for me now. dun feel like going to work these few days, last friday was so boring with nothing for me to do as there is no receiving from the warehouse.
so i spend my morning doing inbound delivery form SLOWLY and also data entry throughout the afternoon. as dila will be helping me for my customer as my shipment is ALOT (not for now), so beside her own customer, she will be helping me for air shipment while i do the sea shipment. So my mentor was teaching her the whole afternoon, i was left alone to ROT! so in order to not to have nothing to do, i type using one finger! haha!
and also i found a new playmate......... PAINT! luckily there is paint in my laptop or else i will be so BORED!

i should be glad that there is someone helping to lessen my burden but it is the opposite! haiz what is wrong with me man! i just feel that she will have more things to write in her weekly report and is learning more things than me which i wish i could! (that is the purpose of attachment which to gain more experience) but i couldn't as i would have alot to do starting from next month doing the same thing over and over again that i dun think i would have the time to learn from other people.
oh man! i shouldn't feel this way! (ROAR!!)this is the third week of attachment and i nearly screw things up! as what i am doing is quite challenging as there is so many many things to rmb and check which i didn't do very well as i realised that the quantity for one invoice is
WRONG! and i have scan the invoice to the customer and the lady to do the BL. Luckily i found my mistake earlier and the lady haven't do the BL yet or else i will be in DEEP TROUBLE! feel super bad! coz i did check but i just was too careless! why i am so BLUR! worst thing, results was out today so my mood became even worst!!
hopefully tmr will be a better dayyyyy..
I HAVE TO BE MORE ALERT AND CAREFUL!!
(maybe i should get spectacles !)

today is a sian and suay day :(
didn't feel like going for work today, was super tired!
yawning my way through the day, spend my day doing invoices!
i seriously think that i am damn careless :(
calculating is so not my kind, always cannot tally with the picking list or invoice so spend alot of time to calculate again and again which made me so SLOW!
ROAR!!!
my mentor say that last week, this week and next week will be a honeymoon week for me coz the vietnam customer side is closing their financial accounts this month so shipment will be very little! so i only have next week to learn everything before the last week of this month coz the shipment will then start to increase by TWICE OR THRICE of the what i have experience this week which i think is already alot due to my slow speed...
My phone is scratched by i dunno what, when i took my phone out my bag, i realize my phone is scratched and is super bad!
worst still, my phone drop into a drain and super embarrassing that i have to bend down to pick up!
after walking some distance, i then realized that my back cover DISAPPEAR!
bo bian, i have to walk back and search for my cover, worst thing, it is so dark that i cannot find it! those passer-by thought i searching for GOLD LA!
wahh! damn pai sei! so i gave up looking for it!
thankfully, my dad volunteer to go down and help me find it and he found it for me!! :)
haha!
hopefully tmr will be a better day at work!

First day of work todayy!!!
was super nervous la!
luckily i have somebody working with me in the same company or else i will be really lonely and lost!!!!!!
overall it was quite ok la but was quite tiring due to the sorting of warehouse receipt and entering the data into the excel file (the part no is so similar la! see until my eye gong!)
my supervisor is quite nice, super into exercising and sliming!
my mentor (ex ngee ann student-logistic!) very nice, quite helpful also :) although sometime the way she explain is not very clear
went for lunch with some of them and i tell you they eat SUPER FAST LA! super stressful lor!
after lunch, spend some time with the HR and she is pretty scary!
she ask me whether i know what i am doing and what they ask me to do and alot of qns la!
then she intro me and dila to the NYK people and there is alot of ppl there la! about 50 which is 5 times more than my company
(nanhai is under NKY :) )
as NKY is a japanese company, they are VERY strict on punctuality as they will deduct pay and second time warning letter! :( and there is quite a few japanese working there tooo!!!
haahaa
anyway what i am doing now is to help my mentor in one of her customer which is Pansonic (Vietnam) to arrange for shipment. :)
my ex-seat ( i have moved to another place to sit as i got a desk for myself liao!!)
everyone is using desktop except for me
